A practice manager evaluating cleaning contractors for a medical office has a different checklist than an office manager looking for a general commercial cleaner. The questions that matter in a healthcare setting — What products are you using and at what dwell time? Is your crew trained in cross-contamination prevention? Do you carry coverage appropriate for a clinical environment? Can you provide a written scope? — are the questions we answer before you ask them.
22 Years in Business
We have operated in the Minneapolis metro for 22 years. Most cleaning contractors who have been around that long have survived because they do the work correctly. We have cleaned through the operational demands of COVID-19 protocols, seasonal influenza spikes, and the full range of Minnesota winters that close schools and delay staff. We are still here.
Written Scope, Every Time
We do not provide verbal quotes or shake-hand scopes. Every facility we serve has a written scope-of-work document that specifies which surfaces are cleaned, which products are used at which concentration and dwell time, how often each task is performed, and who is assigned to the facility. When something changes, the written agreement is updated before the change is implemented.
Consistent Crew
We assign a consistent crew to every facility we serve. You know the names of the people cleaning your space. If a crew member is unavailable, you are notified in advance. A different person appearing at your door without notice is a security and compliance issue in a clinical environment, and we treat it that way.
Insured and Bonded
We carry general liability insurance appropriate for healthcare facility cleaning. We are fidelity bonded. A certificate of insurance is included with every written quote at no charge. If your credentialing or facilities process requires insurance documentation, we provide it without being asked twice.
EPA List N Disinfectants
We use disinfectants registered on EPA List N, applied at the concentration and dwell time specified by the manufacturer. We do not substitute products to reduce cost. The product list for your facility is disclosed in writing in the scope-of-work document.
No Reviews Yet — And Why That is Not the Point
Practice managers and clinic administrators do not hire cleaning contractors based on consumer reviews. They hire based on credentials, scope clarity, response time, and price transparency. Those are the four things we put on the table. If you want to talk to a current client in a similar facility type, ask us on the call and we will see if an introduction can be arranged.
