Switching cleaning contractors in a healthcare facility carries real risk. The wrong transition — crews who do not know the facility, products that conflict with your infection control policy, staffing that changes every week — can create problems faster than the previous contractor did. Here is how we handle the transition and what the first 30 days look like.
Walkthrough & Written Scope
Before any cleaning begins, we walk your facility with you or your designee. We document every room: type, square footage, specific surfaces requiring disinfection, any restricted-access areas, and any special requirements (latex sensitivity, specific product restrictions, isolation room protocols). The result is a written scope-of-work document signed by both parties. This takes 20–30 minutes for most practices.
Crew Assignment
We assign a consistent crew to your facility before the first visit. You receive the names of the people who will be cleaning your space. If we need to substitute a crew member, we notify you in advance — not after the fact.
First Clean
The first clean follows the agreed scope exactly. A supervisor is on-site or available by phone for the first visit. If anything is missed or needs adjustment, we return the next business day to correct it at no charge.
30-Day Check-In
At 30 days, we schedule a brief call or walk-through with your office manager to review performance. If the scope needs adjusting — a room added, a frequency changed, a product substituted — we update the written agreement and confirm pricing before implementing any change.
Ongoing Service
After the 30-day check-in, service continues on the agreed schedule. We respond to service issues reported before noon the same business day. Emergency requests are handled case by case based on crew availability.
Response Time Commitment
We commit to a next-business-day callback on all new inquiries and a same-business-day response on service issues reported before noon. That response time is stated in our service agreement and is the standard we hold ourselves to, not an aspiration.
