We walk your facility before the first clean to document room types, identify any special requirements (isolation rooms, latex-sensitive areas, areas with restricted access), and confirm product compatibility with your infection control policy. The scope document is signed by both parties before any cleaning begins. Changes to scope are handled in writing, not verbally at the start of a shift.
