Before you give a cleaning contractor a key to your medical facility, the minimum you should have in writing is proof of general liability insurance, confirmation of bonding, and documentation that the contractor carries workers’ compensation coverage for their employees. We provide all of this with every written quote, without being asked twice.

General Liability Insurance

We carry general liability insurance appropriate for commercial healthcare facility cleaning. A certificate of insurance naming your practice as an additional insured is available upon request and is included with every written quote at no charge. If your facility requires a specific additional insured endorsement wording, let us know when you request the quote.

Fidelity Bond

We are fidelity bonded. A fidelity bond provides protection in the event of theft by a cleaning crew member. This is relevant in medical offices where crews have access to reception areas, medication storage rooms, and records areas outside of business hours. Bonding documentation is available upon request.

Workers’ Compensation

We carry workers’ compensation coverage for our employees. This means that if a crew member is injured on your property, their medical costs and lost wages are covered through our policy, not through your practice’s general liability coverage. Contractors who classify all workers as independent contractors to avoid this obligation create coverage gaps that the facility owner may not discover until there is a claim.
